Recent renovation of bathroom and toilet: Wayne Engelbrecht and his team from Special Ceilings and Drywalling assisted us in renovating a bathroom and toilet area in much need of a redo. Floors and walls were retiled, new ceilings installed and painted and down lights fitted, all to a very high standard. Wayne also referred a plumber to assist with installing and connecting the new bathroom fittings. Wayne and his team installed a plastered ceiling for me in Oct 2019. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, from first impressions of the company's website to a prompt and competitively priced quotation, to a reconnaissance visit ahead of the team's arrival, all the way to execution and clean-up. When I discovered a small glitch the next morning, the team was back on Saturday morning to sort it out. Wayne's team has a good understanding of basic business principles like listening to the client, clearly had plenty of experience and worked together as a team. To whom it may concern: We have contracted Special Ceilings and Drywalling (SCD) on three occasions, twice to carry out subdivisions and drywalling at our two apartments in Pretoria, each about 80 m2 in size. On the third occasion we contracted them to replace and paint a damaged ceiling at our house in Pretoria East. We were highly impressed by their standard of workmanship and quality of their work, as well as their fast pace of delivery of the projects. On all three occasions, their work teams arrived on time on the appointed dates, with adequate staff, adequate tools and all materials for the work. They completed their work on time and cleaned up their work sites before they left. I can state without hesitation that the service provided to us by SCD was professionally delivered and good value for money.
